Our Story
Local Family Farm
Co-founders of Patagonia Meat Co. the Zamudio family and the Bloomquist family have over 40 years of combined animal husbandry experience. Raising cattle in the lush Sonoita and Patagonia valleys, we've carefully selected genetic lines to increase marbling, and decrease finishing time in order to more efficiently make use of our natural resources. Through meticulous attention to our genetics and holding to the core values of ethical and compassionate care, you, the consumer, gets a better product every time.
